Viviana is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department. She specializes in civil and commercial lawsuits brought before local police and ordinary courts, the latter being with a special emphasis on the area of construction.
Viviana was recognized as the best student of her class, the best student in Private Law, and was also awarded Best Undergraduate Thesis in Civil Law at the University of Concepción.
