Josemaría is a member of our firm’s Corporate, Real Estate and Tax Departments. He specializes his practice in the development and financing of real estate projects, asset restructuring, shareholder pacts, M&A, commercial patents, and tax claims, among other matters.
From 2012 to 2016, Josemaría acted as Assistant Professor of Civil Law at the University of Los Andes.
